Our Cocktail of the Month for December is the delicious WINTER SOUR!  

Here's how you can make one at home...

 

Ingredients

50ml Bourbon

25ml Lemon Juice

25ml Sugar Syrup

Côtes du Rhône wine

 

Method

Shake the bourbon, lemon juice and sugar syrup together and strain in an old fashioned glass over ice. Gently pour the Côtes du Rhône wine over the back of a spoon to create a red wine float!
